Ismail Talib has been in the business management field for more than 10 years. His vast and colorful experience in the field has helped improve the business processes and management strategies of different companies he had the opportunity to work with.

He started his career as a Group Admin Executive with DR Group Holdings Sdn Bhd, a leading duty free warehouse and retailer in Malaysia. He then left the company when he was asked to lead Edaran Positif (M) Sdn Bhd as a Finance and Admin Manager. During his tenure there the company was selected to become one of the main audio visual supplier for the Commonwealth Games held here in Malaysia. His experience here in dealing with such a significant national project and his dealings with various local and international businesses involved helped develop him into a highly effective business manager.

He then developed an IT company called Artelligent Sdn Bhd through his role as a Finance and AdminManager and a few years later he secured the position of an Admin Manager for Cantuman Wawasan (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading engineering company specializing in audio-visual equipments - one of the main AV vendors for the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center.

Through his professional and social association with Ismaznizam J. Azyze, they decided to put togethertheir range of experiences and form Conseiller Consulting in 2004. That decision proved fruitful as theircombined expertise has produced results not just for their own business, but more importantly for theirclients who have grown and developed in close partnership with Conseiller Consulting.

In 2007 Ismail Talib enrolled himself into the Entrepreneurship and Business Management Program in University Malaya, a clear sign of his passion to consistently develop his business management competencies.

His expertise include business management and administration of SMEs, comprising Human Resource,Finance and company secretary management. He is also an expert in Project Management (Seminar, Product Launching, Press Conference, MOU Signing Ceremony, Opening Of New Outlets).
